Richard Andreucetti

I attempt the use of bio-mimicry and the influence of nature as a launching pad for innovative art forms. My media are any recycled materials such as Copper, Carbon steel and Timber, and I enhance my creations using more refined and exotic materials such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Fine and Sterling Silver, Brass, and even Gold. I would describe my work as both abstract and Celtic-influenced free flowing styles which are reflected in my final sculptures, wall art, craft items and jewellery. I am currently developing my own style of abstract geometrical creations. My enthusiasm is for all things metallic and my ambition is to reform these various prepossessing materials using traditional metal forming hand tools and thermal processes into contemporary forms. Affiliations: Professional Member of VAI: Visual Artists Ireland Member: Clare Arts as supported by Clare County Council International Member Visual Artists Association: London
